By ordering from LAIA Recovery you agree to these terms.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in USD unless a local currency is shown, and include freight where stated. We may correct pricing errors before shipping and will contact you if one affects your order.

Delivery

Freight timelines are estimates. White-glove delivery is available in the lower 48; UK & EU orders ship curbside. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Trial & returns

Our 30-day return policy lets you return an unused, undamaged unit for a refund. Keep the original packaging where possible; we arrange collection.

Warranty & safety

Products carry the warranty stated on their page. Cold and heat exposure carry health risks. Consult a physician before use, especially if pregnant or managing a heart condition. Never use alone if you are new to cold exposure.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAIA Recovery is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from product use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
